At Update Avenue, we want you to love your purchase. If for any reason you're not satisfied, we’re here to help.


1. Return Eligibility

You may request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order if:

  • The item is unused, unworn, and in its original packaging

  • The item is not a final sale or marked “non-returnable”

  • You have proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt)


2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Final sale or clearance items

  • Underwear or hygiene-related items

  • Items damaged due to customer misuse or wear


3. How to Request a Return

To start a return:

  1. Email us at support@updateavenue.com with your order number and reason for return.

  2. We’ll reply with return instructions and address details.

  3. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or sent in error.


4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will:

  • Notify you via email

  • Issue a refund to your original payment method within 5–10 business days

Note: Shipping fees are non-refundable.


5. Exchanges

If you want to exchange for a different size or item, contact us at support@updateavenue.com. We will do our best to accommodate, depending on availability.


6. Damaged or Wrong Items

Received the wrong item or something damaged?
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the issue. We’ll make it right.
